Common land and water cleaning costs (A_03)
Among the duties of the Huelva Port Authority for cleaning the land surface area and the water surface is the cleaning of roads and service quays, and cleaning the banks of the Odiel estuary when materials are deposited there that have been dragged along by the river because of storms.
